Does this include the buffer tube, lock plate and nut?
To be able to throw the ACE products in there, you will have to...they have their own version of a  tube, nut and lock-plate.

I'm not planning to include anything but the stock. In most cases, the tube and nut will weigh the same and the lock plate is preferential enough that I don't think it ties into this particular subject.
I will make an asterisk with a note on the ACE products as to why it weighs so much in relation to the others.

I need a scale for my SOPMOD/Crane stock, and Vltor modstock since I have no idea what they weigh exactly.  FWIW, a LMT SOPMOD complete lower came in at 3lbs.  I no longer have a scale to use to weigh the stock by itself tho.

I've got an EMOD at home, when I get there I can weigh that.

Gen. 2 SOPMOD: 11.5 oz

MOE Mil-Spec: 8.1 oz

IMOD Mil-Spec: 9.7 oz

These two were strange:
Older black Mil-Spec ACS w/ Magpul QD swivel mount: 14.1 oz

One month old FDE Mil-Spec ACS without QD mount: 14.5 oz

I have no clue....

ETA: I can weigh both a commercial and Mil-Spec CTR as well if you need them.

I've included the first, updated the second, and made a note about the weird ACS weights.

I would certainly appreciate any weights you can provide. Real people are always better than spec pages.

Both .Mil and commercial CTR weighed exactly the same at 9.0 oz.  They are both about 3 years old.

Would be interested if a newer one would be any different.

ETA: the .Mil CTR does have the stock slim recoil pad, as well as all of the other Magpul stocks weighed.

Thanks this is awesome. Can we get a plain M4 Milspec and A2 in there as well?

Shit....  Give me a minute....

ETA:
BCM M4 stock (.MIL of course): 6.7 oz

Spike's M4 (.Mil): 7.2 oz

No name commercial M4: 7.1 oz

Sorry, no A2.  I think that's about all I can contribute.

Great start and very helpful. The chart  layout/design     may need to be re-thought just a bit  though.

The following info is from this thread  http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_12/518631_.html

As a 'system' the weights are:

Fixed full lenght stocks
A1 25 oz
A2 24.5 oz
Cav Arms C1 (A1 length) 20 oz

Telestocks
CAR 14.6 oz (Mils sec tube, standard buffer)
M4 Type: 17.0 (Mil spec tube, standard buffer).
M4 Type: 14.3 (Commercial tube, standard buffer)

Fixed short stocks (telestock buffer & spring):
Stubby: 14.6 (with standard buffer)
Sully: 17.75 (with standard buffer)

If you know the weight of the buffer/spring/tube you can subtract it from these to get your answers.  No list would be complete without them.

Could you clarify if the SOPMOD Gen2 is an LMT or a B5 Systems?

I can't find the specs online so I'll have to wait on it's owner.

Would the weights of the different types of original A1 type stocks interest you guys? I have examples of B,C,D,E and CAR aluminum and fiberite stocks.

The SOPMOD Gen 2 I weighed is a genuine LMT.  I'm not aware that B5 has manufactured a SOPMOD with the QD swivel mount, only the Gen 1 type without.
