Just curious guys, but has anyone heard whether or not ARMS is planning on making a mount sized to fit the compact ACOG? Even the 19s is larger than it needs to be and seems to position the compact scopes farther forward than they should be for optimum eye relief. I was looking at the base for my Aimpoint and thinking that a mount that size would be perfect.

Trijicon makes a mount for the Compact ACOG. I am currently using it. Its not perfect, its weight is higher than it needs to be, and there is a bit extra material on the ends - enough that it prevents the scope from being mounted up against my ARMS #40 (for better eye releif). The height is good, and the nuts for the mount are captive, and it repeats zero very well.

The compact ACOG mount is the #19ACOG. I drilled and tapped my compact for a second screw. I was using the mount on a flat top FAL back before I got my AR's into California. Now it's lost in the pile of junk somewhere (the mount not the FAL).
