Been over a week now and no ammo. NEVER had to wait that long before and I've ordered 25K+ammo from them easily.

I have no doubt I'll get it, but makes one wonder how much longer will they have SA 308 and Guat 5.56. Must be a hell of a run on ammo. Maybe I'll get 1 more K of SA 308 before they run dry.

Someone must be doing some serious stocking up on ammo for business to have picked up that fast in just a few weeks.

With any luck the ammoman business went to aim.

They did tell me it would be a bit when I ordered it so I was told beforehand, and their site says the same thing. Wonder if they are hiring? I'll work for ammo.

I ordered a rifle yesterday and they told me they are a week behind on orders. It's not just ammo.

That's what i figured. I've been waiting on a mauser, that would under normal circumstances come today, but didn't.

The gun business must be good this month.

They must be because Steve Francis (stevef@aimsurplus.com) is playing games again with their ammo waivers. The owner of the company I work for and my great nephew each ordered the cheap Hungarian 7.62x54 yellow tip from there a couple weeks ago, and that Steve guy claims he can't find either guy's copy of their drivers licenses they had already mailed in (both have received ammo orders from AIM in the past), can't find my great-nephew's FFL they have on file, didn't receive the FAX'ed copies I've sent three times, and both guys have e-mailed scans I did to stevef@aimsurplus.com. If they can't process the order for a while because they're swamped, I wish they'd just say so. This back and forth is getting annoying. Of course I'm getting pulled into the mess because I recommended AIM.z

Got my 3/88 ammo in today. Looks pretty good, a few specks but plenty shootable and no free dings and dents.

I placed an order on their website last Friday. Got the UPS shipping note today, so it took a week to process and ship. Should be here early next week. UPS guy is gonna hate me.

Shipping weight - 506 lbs.
