Friend of mine bought some of the 55 grain Saber black tip last week and had a couple bad case failures. Initially he had a couple rounds sticking in the chamber. Then when he went to check the cases he had two that looked like this.

I'm guessing since the split is at the same spot they must be thin in that area? Maybe something is going wrong when they are shaping the case? Bad annealing? He said before these two there were cases sticking with no split so perhaps some overpressure as well. Either way, does not look good. He already sent an email to PSA to let them know.
