Can anyone tell me why there would be a problem shooting 5.56 ammo out of a 1" bull barrel chambered for .223?

ps - here's the crtical excerpt: "Shooting 5.56 Mil-Spec ammo in a SAAMI-specification chamber can increase pressure dramatically, up to an additional 15,000 psi or more.
