Would you pay 65 for 1 /200rds in the battle pack? My buddys friend wants to sell me 4 200rd packs.any feedback would help.

If you do mean $65 per 200 round battlepack that comes to $0.325  per round.  Seems high to me.  

I think you'd be better off finding decent ammo for 17-25 cents a round.

If is the older SS109 type, then is a fair price (tests indicated pentrated a little better than other options in steel - harder pentrator).

Are you sure it's .223 and not .308.? Are you sure it's 200 and not 400 rounds? (Would make a big difference in the price) I know that .308 comes in 200 rd. battlepacks.   .223 Portugese ammo comes in sealed battlepacks about the same size, but 400 rds/pack.

I bought a couple 200rd. battlepacks of the ss109 Hirtenberger @ $45 apiece. I did a search over on recguns and in 1997 it sold for $349/1000. I don't think it's ever been cheap.
