Take this for what it's worth.
My test used cardboard 1/2 gallon cartons lined up in a row at 50 yds.
I used an 11.5 inch barreled ZM weapons LR300 chromelined 1in9 twist barrel.
Results:
68gr Hornady BTHP match (handload): Fragmented ~60%, penetrated as far as XM193 below.
52gr Sierra Match King (handload): Fragmented ~75%, but didn't penetrate as far as the 68gr
55gr XM193 factory: Broke in half at the cannelure, only recovered the top half, I assume it did not fragment, penetrated into the 5th carton.
55gr Winchester White box from Walmart: Did not fragment.
I have done the same tests previously with plastic 1 gallon milk jugs and the results were about the same (didn't test XM193 and 52gr fragmented ~100%).
When I get my chronograph replaced I will repeat these tests with velocities.
My conclusion: Being shot with any of these rounds would really ruin your day
