KAC says it won't fit into standard ARs or those of which you build etc. I think I know why, but can anyone clear it up. True/False, cause I want to try it out in my AR.

You need to run a KAC barrel extension if you use the KAC bolt.
if so, you might as well run a KAC barrel, since they have top notch barrels.
and if you are going to use a rail, kac makes some of the best
so at that point, the price is better to get a factory KAC upper, with BCG and CH
, sights etc (since troy is evil and kac makes the next best BUIS)

And now you're wondering why you didnt get a complete KAC rifle, since even if you didnt like the lowers
they sell routinely on GB for 700$+

The KAC bolt will not work in a standard upper.

You can however IN EMERGENCY USE a standard bolt in a kac upper, but you will drastically shorten the life of the barrel extension (wesr it oit in a few thousand rounds, vs 50-80,000 or never.

If you want to be unique and maximize, look into the LMT Enhanced BCG

Technically it is NOT NiB coating .... it is NP3 coating. But NP3 is good coating that is slick and easy to clean and contains nickel.

bullshit, KAC makes the best
They don't have a damn roll pin inline with recoil like Troy. I've had one fall apart, now I'll never use them

fuck me
thank you for noticing my incorrect vernacular
I meant it's a good thing troy is evil because the KAC BUIS is better anyway.

I do not own or endorse use of any troy product.

The radius on a KAC bolt will hit the barrel extension on a standard AR.

The radius is there to relieve the stress in a fracture critical area of the original design.
