was that 8 point the first with that beautiful rifle?? if so, dont wash the blood off of the stock. BAD JU-JU

I think he said he has bagged 11 deer with that rifle so far! I do believe he is THE source for 50Beo deer killing effects! I almost actually clear coated over the blood that was on my 50Beo ff tube a couple weeks ago, just cause it was cool! I had it on the Eotech too. Oh well, I'll have to get some more on it next year...

Yep the 8 pointer was the 11th kill with the Beowulf.....
And I thought about clear coating the blood...........havent cleaned it off yet

Generally speaking, how far away are you killing them? If you are using the Eo, with no magnification, and given the terrain, my guess is around 50 yards?

Nice buck, nice rifle, nice post.
I like the set up of the A2 stock with the optic and the .50.... very well done.
I tried to convince my wife that a 6.8 or 7.62 AR would make a nice deer rifle, but shes afraid her brothers will kid her for bringing an EBR into the woods.

All of my shots this year were with in 30 yards........
My farthest shot with this set up is a little over 100yards...
