hi there
im having a trigger prob with my build

after chambering and firing a round the trigger sticks back and must be pushed forward with finger
ghey
i noticed binding btw the back of the trigger and the reciever so i busted out the dremel
and grinded and polished a little to remove the bind....... problem was minimized
but still did it about 4-5 times during test fire today
im pretty sure the hammer springs are sitting on trigger bars fine
im using 2 eclips per FCG pin - theres no slop at all in pins
this problem does NOT happen when working carrier by hand with no rounds
only when firing weapon
i may need to drmel a little bit more,
but what else could be causing this prob?
HELP!!!!!!!!!
the bad guys could attack at any minute
i dont want to be stuck having to push trigger forward after every shot!
lol
thanks

Can you post some pictures?

What kind of rifle is it...AK-74...47?

what kind of FCG...RSA, G2, Century?

If you are going to the Grand River target range this Sunday I could take a looksie.

i had this on my saiga .308 build while waiting for my G2 trigger. my advice would be to get a G2. it was two fold. first the hammer would hit hte metal bar and stick. i dremeled it down to match the profile of the orginal hammer. second the disconnector was not engaging the hammer correctly. something about it not releasing when the bolt moved forward, holding the hammer down even when it was now ready to fire. "pushing" the trigger forwared released the disconnector because there was to much material on the hammer there or something.
