Atlantic Firearms carries quite a few different AKs from various US manufacturers.
Check to see who manufactured the AK that you are interested in purchasing, and then do some research as to the quality of weapons they manufacture. That should let you know whether you want to go with that brand or not. KF |

Sounds like a WASR. That's about the going rate, and alot of people like them. Check it out first though. Make sure the front sight isn't canted and make sure that you can insert and remove the mag easily. ETA- for another couple hundred dollars though you can get a pretty nice AK like a Robisnon Arms VEPR or an Armory USA. |

if its a wsar, which it probably is, check it for a few problems, but more often than not it seems they turn out fine anyway. i love my wsar, i think they're great guns. cheap, reliable, fun. everything an ak should be.
spend more? you can, but meh. aks are cheap. thats why i love them. |

picked up a wasr10 today... nice gun comes with lots of goodies.. 2 bayonets 2 mags sling mag holder bunch of crap that looks like its from the 1970's
