Actually, looks to be the Romanian grip that came on the AKT-98.. The .22 trainer.

Nobody seperate.. You will have to find someone that removed it from a AKT98. |

K-Var sells a somewhat similar looking grip that's for the ambi selector, might wanna look into those if you can't find the Romanian one.
