Can a SAR  receiver be used to build a Krink from a kit? Are the any differences on a SAR receiver compared to a Krink receiver?

Yes, you can use an SAR receiver for a Krink kit.

if you are talking about the SAR2, you can.....but the question I have is why are you going to butcher a 300+ gun for the receiver? it isn't like a pre-ban so you can put a folding stock on it. it's much smarter and cheaper to buy the OOW 74 receiver, for like 60 bucks, and build it on that.

It's an SAR 1. I see yourr point, I guess it would be better to just buy another receiver, Thanks
