You're sure it's not 24 x 1.5LH?  I ask only because that is what was suggested.  Could the threads be crude enough that it could be mis-measured?

Nope ....its not 24mm. 25mm or 26mm x 1

M92 = 25x1.5

I had a thread adapter made less than a month ago. Also here is the thread when I was searching for the size. There were many conflicting posts, but I took the gas block/front site with the threads on it to my local machine shop and 762hurts was correct. 25 x1.5

Yeah...I was in on that thread....I actually measured 25mm and posted that. Still some confusion on the pitch in the many threads I have read.  So 25mm x 1.5 is the verdict today and we will go with that
