Posting from phone, I'll be brief:
I had a Romak and it was crap.
I tried installing tech sights, only to discover the gun wasn't square and I couldn't zero it.
Sold that gun and bought a Yugo underfolder, and just discovered my regular AK tech sight won't fit right.
Before I break out the dremmel, what are the differences I need to be concerned with?
Tech-sights is out of the kits so I can't buy what I need.
I can already see the top cover is longer, what else?

Regarding the top cover, if your underfolder is an AB2 with the bulged front trunnion, you'll have to notch the the cover on the left side for said trunnion.  If it's one of the Century AB2Ts (AB1 clones), this won't be necessary.

Yugo top covers also have a small half-moon cut-out for the spring loaded locking pin for the recoil spring assembly at the rear of the cover.

I'm sure a close comparison of your current Yugo cover will show the above details.
