I just completed bending 25 of them and did begin to realize that they are a bit off as well, but the holes align OK. It seems as if there's more extra metal on the left side (looking down range) of the flat.

That was I have been noticing as well, at least I know it's not just me . Seem to work fine it just takes a little more dremel time .
