I figure these are good configurations - correct me as I go:

1.  As is with 30 round real AK mag WITH US followers and floorplates.

2.  With replacement gas piston (US) AND replacement grips (US) - good with any mag.

3.  Change rear pistol grip AND add new ACE Stock (Krebs adaptor), and you are GTG with any mag?

What GRIP or GRIPS must one replace to get the count up?  I suppose the rear grip is one, but the front grip changes nothing as far as US parts count?

(Of course part of me thinks this is all ridiculous .  Unless there is an ATF agent at the range who knows about these builds and is waiting for you.  Has anyone ever been arrested for this junk?)

Front grip doesn't count for rifle.
Upper and lower handguard count as 1.
