It's Sunday night, JOE. I still haven't had the courtesy of a response to my emails and phone messages. I left my home phone and cell phone numbers.
You have had my $863.96 since June 27, 2003. for an order that you charged my credit card and were unable to deliver the 3 SAR1s I had ordered.
I don't want any of your other products, I just want my refund.
You have not returned my multiple phone calls and emails regarding this mess.
I didn't want to take this public ( I advised you that I would do so if I did not receive a response) until I finally realized that you were not going to resolve this in a professional manner.
"The half veiled threat from Andrew stating that: "Joes position with JoeKen was bought out. But he still works for JoeKen Inc. Could you please call the shop and discuss this situation with him. The new Corporation still takes care of JoeKens old customers."
Mr. Joseph Cox, I am asking you to do the right thing and refund me the $863.96 you charged my credit card for an order you never delivered.
I don't need anymore messages from Andrew or Mike, telling me to call Joe. You have had my numbers for close to a year.
