I have a Saiga .410 I bought new. The first two mags were flawless. Then I started jamming. The round hangs up on the right side of the breech, tearing the shell. I have cleaned it, and used silicone lube on the mags. It happens with all mags.

I am going to polish the sharp edge they are hanging up on. Anyone else faced this?
