About all I can find is that it is the standard green tracer for the Russian military.  One source seen repeatedly in Google (a description of the SKS) quotes weight as 240.7gr.  Either that's the total cartridge weight, or they're smoking something funny, because T-43 ball is listed as 256gr. as we know that's off.
