I picked one of these up today at a local gunstore.  It has the Izhevsk arrow in triangle, a 10 in an oval, a diamond with some unreadable letters and a cyrillic letter all stamped on the side of the rib.  It is very good condition with only minor surface wear and no rust.  What is it worth?

Is it the whole arrow with flectching in the triangle? If its just half an arrow?

Only the bottom half of the arrow/triangle is visible but there is definately fletching on the arrow.

Sounds like you may have a $35-$40 Russian magazine made by the Izhevsk (Izmash) factory.
