Hello, I'm getting ready to start my first build, and have some questions.
I would like to use the nodakspud receivers, the nds-1 and would like to know what is the method for locating the front/rear trunnion holes to be drilled? Or would it be better to use the economy receiver with trinion holes predrilled?

Is there any advantage to the nds-1 versus the economy receiver other that custom serial numbers on the nds-1?

Thanks for the help

Save the old receiver pieces you cut off the trunnion and use them as templates to locate the holes.

well darn, I removed the old receiver a few weeks back and disposed of it. Wish I would of thought about it, that would of been an easy way to mark the holes.

See the "BIY Tutorial" sticky posted or just measure with a pair of calipers.  The stickies have a lot of good info.
Good Luck
