Just finished this up a little while ago.  Came out fairly well.....

BentMetal blank.  DPH rails.  Plinker rivet jig.  I did most of the holes in a mill with a digital readout using measurements from a drawing, some were done with pieces of a paper template.  It was time consuming but worth it so far.  Next few days I'll get it together and test fire before I park and paint.

I got bored last night and put the barrel back in.  What a pain.  All of the tooling I've bought and/or built wasn't exactly designed for large barrel diameters.  Wound up jacking it in with my mill vise and a dead-blow hammer.  I'll post photos later after I fit the furniture.
