The bullet might fit, but the Russian 7.62 AK74 style brakes for the AK 103 are cut a little larger for a reason. Sure the Bulgarian can be modified very easily.

For 7.62, consider the US made option from ak-103.com, true to the oem design except for the lack of chrome lining. It will be more important to clean/oil inside, but not a big issue in free states where these can be spun off now instead of welded.
Otherwise, compare the hole in your SAMs FH to the 74 hole and expect to need to bore it out for wiggle room safety. |

After comparing a 5,45 Tantal brake to a Bulgarian 24mm flash hider (the one that K-Var is out of stock on), I decided to ream the brake, FYI.
