I've seen that picture before Bakelite mags are outdated and I doubt Russia has a DRMO.

Those photos have been floating around the forums for years.

I believe they were factory rejects for whatever reason and the fellow just either accumulated a bunch over time or he ran into a giant lot destined for destruction which he kept.
