BP-02 should be fine, and lower is better for longer shots (closer to bore for less arc between the bullet meeting the upper sight line...).

Things to note: The claws in the weaver PSO are too close to bridge a bolt gun, but work fine on several semis incl my FAL and AR. For just AK use, the scopes with integral rail bracket are probably a better value. I like my 4-8x42, but if you have serious paper punching/long shots in mind where the smaller field of view from a fixed higher-power scope is not an issue, then note the Bushnell 3200 series 10x is an outstanding value at $180ish (swfa/riflescopes.com) that is good enough for Barret to offer on their .50s.
