"Double Folder" refers to the Polytechs that have an UF stock and the folding spike bayonet. I didn't know how rare they actually are. I picked up one not long ago in very nice condition. It's amazing to think it's been knocking around for so many years and still looks great. Anyway, I have no clue as to how many there are/were, but if there were only around 800, I have a very rare piece indeed.

WOW that ain`t much.
When you guys say 800 spikers, do ya mean altogether? Or 800 full stock or double folders? Either way there ain`t much. Somebody should make the Chinese FSB. I`m sure that would make a lot of folks happy. |

Theres alot more than 800, its in the thousands....you see them all the time. There not rare just very desirable.

I have a rare Norinco triangle 66 MSO ser# red baklite furniture, double folder, sile import of 1992. Lives in its own guncase unfired.

You are a much better man than I because I just can't resist the temptation to shoot any gun I purchase. In fact, I get stressed out when I have to wait more than a week to shoot a newly acquired firearm. |
