First build using polish underfolder parts kit.  Screw built on a Joeken underfolder receiver.  Everything fits except the bolt carrier will not go all the forward or close all the way forward.  Is it the rails?  Please advise of a solution to this problem.  Your assistance is greatly appreceiated.

check the ejector rail, it may be to long causing the bolt to bind up.  slide the bolt and carrier forward while looking into the action, you'll be able to see how much metal needs to be removed.
