| I guess I am not seeing the extra hole, but if the "extra" hole is going to be covered by the receiver and it doesn't intrude into the barrel/chamber then I would say you would have no problem using this trunnion. So what I am trying to say is that if you have 6 good rivet holes and one "extra hole that didn't do any damage and will be covered by the receiver then by all means, use this trunnion. |

The pictures work for me... so the last hole towards the right is the "extra" hole while the one with the metal in it is the hole were the rivet was supposed to go (at least I think that is what I see... also, I believe you are saying that this last hole does not go all the way through the trunion... If so, just remove the old rivet and build her... she looks fine!
