What drill bit sizes are you useing to drill pin holes ?
I've found some that are close but not correct size.

The directions that came with my blank said to use a 5mm and 7mm drill bit.  After a decent bit of driving around and some calling, I finally found a extra large Ace Hardware here that had them...  I'm sure you can order some good ones online alot easier.
