[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Does nayone have an opinion about the VEPR II in .308?

I am considering one of these after the holidays. I would like a semi .308 but don't want to throw down the money for an M1A.

Wondering what the accuracy is like since the reliability shouldn't be an issue being n AK variant

both the saiga .308 and vepr .308 are good in the accuracy department. no, they aren't snipers by any means, but good enough to run with rack grade mia's and garands all day long.

I have one of those one my wish list as well. I just got a .223 Vepr, and I like it so much, I want to add clones.

Yeah......I don't have one, and I need to get one to convert to a .308 Krinkov......

It has to have the capability to accept readily available 30 round .308 magazines to make it worthwhile for me....

I mentioned it to Troy Sellars last night.
