The Century SAR receivers that you talk about are some of the BEST on the market. That's becasue they are made in the Romanian military arms factories. As far as I know, they do not sell them individually.

Thank you for that nugget! I did not know the receivers were foreign. Several things about them I found appealing. One was the "bump" where the trigger pins is placed. Second, the way the upper rails are stepped. Thanks again.

I guess that means with the new barrel and receiver laws, Century will shortly run out of their AK rifles. Is that correct?

Not really. Century imports low-cap 10 round only rifles and converts them to accept Hi-cap mags. No new law has been passed on barrels or receivers, just a stern enforcement of previous regulated policy. Hootbro |
