Have an Arsenal SGL21 7.62 with a 74 brake on it that I am trying to find a blank firing device that will work with the 74 brake.  All the devices I find for a 74 brake specify 5.45.  Being as I am not firing a projectile I wouldn't think this would be an issue.  Does anyone have any experience or advice here?

Since the Soviets only made the AK-74 in 5.45x39 that's the only blank firing devices they made for it.
They now list them as for 5.45x39 because people have started making AK-74 type muzzle brakes for the 7.62x39 and these won't work correctly with the 5.45.
