I have ordered a lot of mags from them and most of the time the products arrived on time. But thats not the case with with 2 40 round bulgarian black plastic bullet mags I ordered from them over 2 months ago. I have emailed them with no response. Anyone else had this problem.

Nope, I've had two separate orders through them (two cases of GT and a dozen bulgy waffles) and both times it went through pleasantly. Try giving Mandy a call? She's always posting for Cope's in the EE forum..

Yeah, never had a problem here either. I've always been able to get ahold of either Mandy or Roger without difficulty. Call them.

I've had em forget to include things that I ordered twice . Always pleasant and responsive though..

+1 for Copes.  Mandy or Rodger have always taken care of me on orders, missing stuff or what ever.

Have ordered several times and never any problems, thing always get here quickly. It seems that they are also one of the few who actually keep their website up to date. (Aim Surplus, Ammoconnection, & Widener's also get the nod here and do a fine job too)

My only problem were the AK mags I just received that were supposed to be new.  A couple were not, one is dented.  Not to happy about it but don't plan on taking the time to return them either.

I ordered 10 used Romanian 30's, and got 8 new Hungarian 30's, and 2 used Bulgarian 30's,  but was charged for 10 new Hungarians.

Also a few times ordered stuff online, that was not in stock, but was still on there website. They just shipped everything on my list they had in stock, and refunded my card for everything that was not in stock.

Overall, I have had good experiances with Copes, and will deal with them again.

Had a problem with a kit and a small part on two separate occasions. Sent me a prepaid return label for the kit with a prompt refund. The small item they drop shipped a new one with another prepaid return label for the defective part.

In the end, they made it right.

met them at knob creek last october.  nicest people up there.  could not be more friendly.  mandy even let me borrow her chair to rest my feet for a few.

I had them forget part of an order once. I emailed them and never got a response. It was only $5 worth of stripper clips so I just let it go, but I avoid buying from them now.

I had a similar issue a year or so ago of misrepresented mag quality. I contacted them about it and it was resolved to my satisfaction. No problems with ship time however.
