where I might pick up a Galil...not SA...folder or two at a reasonable price? They just need to be in good mechanical shape, not new, but the price should be reasonable.

(Edited to specify that I am only looking for folding STOCKS...Hah...not the rifles!)

Thanks Mbsk01. $89ea. Now I just have to decide if I want to risk dealing with these guys...lots of bad experiences reported here in the past, but, as you noted, they run from bad to good.

If it is in stock you should be good, most of the problems seem to occur when people order things that aren't in stock.

I ordered a bolt assembly from them back in July. It was in stock, the deal went well. My only complaint is that it was described as new, it had definitely seen some use the finish was worn in some spots. I would rate it as Excellent condition.

I know others have had horrible experiences with them, but I've ordered Galil parts from them several times, and each time they shipped the parts the same day.

It seems like the trick to dealing with Botach is ordering through their website. Everyt time I have ever done that it goes with out a hitch. When Ever I call they always manage to screw it up somehow. So what ever system they have in place there it seems to work if ya go through the net.

FYI, Sarco has then listed in Shotgun News for $99.50 in very good condition with new cheek piece.
