Hello,

I'm interested in building an AMD 65. What I'm getting is that I will need to bet a barrel extension to 16 inch's. However does the stock need to be extended then welded in place or can it fold and still be legal? I have been getting mixed messages elsewhere.

at a federal level - no. it can fold and be fine, nothing wrong there. the AWB is done with.

at a state level- i'm not sure what sort of laws NV has. check the hometown forums, they may be able to answer if there is any specific ban.
