If you could only have 2 items in your IFAK or stop the bleed kit, what would they be? Besides scissors and gloves of course. |

I have a bunch of israeli bandages but looking to get maybe NAR ETD's or OLAES types. Is hemostatic worth the significant cost difference? |

Is hemostatic worth the significant cost difference? My IFAK got used recently and they used the Sheers, TQ, and pressure bandage. I would also keep chest seals as they really don't take up much space. isreali bandages would be nice to have but the TQ and pressure dressing cover a lot of the same ground |
