I've shot a bunch of those, the stars, other spinners, and poppers you have to drive down to get other stuff to go. In addition to that idea of shifting from sights to target, it gets you out of the idea that everything is going to magically fall down with one marginal hit. you may need a few rounds, some fast, then a pause and repeat, etc. interesting practice for sure.
