I just noticed once of my scopes has some mottling or something on the inside of the objective lens.  It's hard to see only visible from some angles and doesn't seem to be affecting the view but I'm wondering what this is, and if there's such a thing as professional scope cleaning services that do nitrogen purging and all that.  The manufacturer is out of business as far as I know otherwise I'd contact them.

This place repaired a buddy's old school Redfield scope that had moisture infiltration and a rusted/seized windage adjustment years ago. They might be able to help you.

Just to be curious, who manufactured the scope?

Docter Optic.

I'm thinking of selling the scope but I don't want to saddle somebody with an expensive problem if that's what it is.

Would you guys be pissed if you paid for a somewhat expensive scope and it had those blotches inside?
