MOA with how many rounds ?
A "better" barrel typically greatly increases your odds of a more precise shooter , but no guarantees. Proper assm. makes a difference as well. ( Watch the Criterion series on AR Assm.

IMHO... if you aren't happy with it performance, after trying 5-10 different brands of ammo... then spend money on a well respected barrel.
( I have one "match" barrel, 1n7 twist that flat out hates all 77gr loads except for one brand... same barrel loves 75gr Hornady Steel Match... always kinda figured the 75gr Horn bullet just happens to be a better fit in the bore. Not a Criterion barrel fwiw. )
I spent a lot of money on various brands of ammo trying to make it shoot 77gr factory loads.
Or... give in now, and spend the money saved on ammo experiments with the current barrel ... and just do it.
FWIW , I have had excellent results with Criterion barrels. I have Zero experience with the RA barrels... however, I do prefer to buy barrels from a dedicated barrel manufacturer.. they have more to lose if the barrels don't shoot. ( IMHO )
