I am thinking about getting a rangefinder. Concerning the ranges both being close to the same. Bushnell has a five year warranty on randgefinder and Leupold has lifetime.
What would you all recommend for hunting and long range shooting? Thanks |

If you are military, get on Leupold’s program, and check out the RX2800. I like it FWIW.

I have a Bushnell 1Mile and it works well enough but it has some irritating aspects. The optics aren't great, even at 7x. The visual interface is simple and easy to read, but in low-light situations it impairs your view of the target. I haven't found the CONx app to be terribly useful, although I probably would if I was hunting out west somewhere. The rangefinder is very accurate and it's easy to use though.

What's your budget?
I've moved on from handhelds (I still have them), but I have owned many. I would get a Sig Kilo over anything from Leupold or Bushnell. If you are budgeting, buy a used Kilo 2k. |

Sig only warranties their digital products for 5 years. Why go with that? They are on par with everything else and likely made in the same factories as other offerings. Plenty of companies offer no questions asked warranties. Sig does not. Having used some Sig products I can not say they are better, or worse, than many others. Most of them feel and look about the same.
