Waiting to hear back from MPA...
Have new MPA BA PMR Pro, and saw it has this gouge on the breech face. Bolt looks fine. This a cause for concern? Anyone seen anything like this before?  Attached File |

Can you feel a gouge? Just wondering as it could be from something on the bolt like packing grease touching it. But it could be a screw up and a gouge but being where it is I don’t think it would effect anything. Definitely wait to hear from them though.

Thanks, I ran a pencil across it and it's definitely solid. It's at a weird angle, so it's hard to drag it across the gouge smoothly. Might almost feel like build up. But yeah, hopefully MPA just says FULL SEND |

Put some bore solvent on a qtip and try to run it over it and few times. See what happens. Won’t hurt anything.
