Drilled and tap a FSB with what I thought was a 8-32 tap......nope, actually it was a 8-40 tap.
Can not seem to find 8-40 set screws anywhere. Any help on finding 1/8" to 3/16" would be huge. At this point I would even consider slotted set screw (flathead screwdriver) versus the hex head (Allen wrench). |

I'd try chasing the threads with a 8-32 tap, or go up to a 10-32.
