Best long range shooting on the interwebz today. No tactical ninja sniper wannabe bull-shit. Just a country boy with an accurate rifle and good kit he puts to use doing some post control on a farm.

Cool! That’s some fine rifle gun shooting in Alvin York’s English.

I wish! Not me just a channel I found on YouTube that a thought was a really nice shooting display.

Figured some others would appreciate it as well.

A rabbit at 1001 yards?!? Crazy stuff.

We have a PRS style match every few months, and a couple buddies that place really well on the larger regional events. Two buddies tied for first. The shoot off to decide first and second was a golf ball at 820ish yds. My close buddy drilled it first shot for the win. That’s a truly impressive feat.

Great shooting OP!  I still own a JP LRP in .260 and my first custom bolt rifle was in .260 as well.  My newest bolt is a 6.5 CM only because of small primer pocket brass.  I got tired of shit-canning cases after 3-5 loads.

The .260 is a great cartridge.  Kind of funny how it is now being supported with more factory ammo and brass options. None of which have come from Remington, by the way.  Shout out to Hornady!

I shoot a .260 Remington 700  Magpul Edition its a sure tack driver being a 6.5-O8 I still like the .308  but for extreme range over 1000 meter I like my Remington 700 Sendero in .300 win Mag .I have the Hi-Lux Phenom 5X-30X 56 FFP Rifle Scope on my .260 Remington & the Hi Lux Pentalux TAC-VF 4X-20X 50 on the .308 Ruger Precision Rifle .I like to shoot the .308 next some of the 6.5 Creedmoor freaks and ring steel right along with them. they say you shootin a Creedmoor and I say .308 they get a frowney   faced because they missed where my .308 hit its mark. and the .260 wads up their drawers. lol lol.

I found his videos last year and really enjoy them. He certainly knows what he’s doing.

Not taking anything away from the excellent shooting but I wish I could have more calm days here like you have in the video.  My last two range trips had wind between 6-12 MPH.

He missed every post in the vid, they're still out of control!

Seriously though, that's some nice shooting.
