No value at all. I have drawers filled with old instruments, worn out, slightly damaged, not sharp, don't grip, etc.
Even if they are pristine, they might only be worth a couple of bucks to a collector, and I don't see anything there that looks collectible.

Clockwise from the top left, you have a ruler, a small atraumatic retractor, a ring clamp, not sure of the next one, depends upon the tips, which are unclear. Could be a septum clamp, or other tissue holder. Then a bone or cartilage cutter, a McGill forcep, then I have no idea for the next two, then a nasal speculum, then a mosquito forcep.

My guess is those belonged to an ENT or a plastic surgeon.
