Forgive me, I'm not a hunter.  But what do you do with that many dead pigs?

We give a LOT of meat away.  Some to neighbors/friends, some to a halfway house a couple towns away .  Lots of buzzard bait too .  Hard to get somebody to come pick up 2500lbs of pig at 0300.....Attachment Attached File

Added 10 more to the weekly body count last night ....

You save ground nesting birds and keep property damage down. Plus stop them from spreading disease such as brucellosis pseudo rabies and some other nasty parasites that harm native wildlife. And pigs destroy water holes and duck habitat around riparian areas. Plus you save a bunch of small lizards and reptiles. A dead hog is a good Hog. I like to compost the ones I kill in a mixture of hay or rice hulls some starter mulch and little green lawn clippings. After six months to a year they grow outstanding squash and tomatoes.

Dare I say it? "Buzzards gotta eat same as the worms".

While it might be term "hunting" and require a license, most of us are eradicators trying to rid our property of an invasive and destructive species. No different than trapping rats in your house.
