I rented an Orec Cyclone Flail mower and wow, it's kickass. Used it for my backyard, about 1/2 acre.
BEFORE:  AFTER:  (slightly diff angle but you can see the two same small trees on the left side) THE MOWER:  It's amazing. Pulverized everything that was about 2-3" or smaller. Anything bigger than that, I used a chainsaw to fell it down and pulverized all of the limbs. |

I have an area at the edge of my property I need that on. How does it handle uneven terrain, and slopes I wonder?

My terrain is very uneven, dont let appearances deceive you. It's actually a swamp. The tracks did very well. I have a small hill behind where the photo was taken and it did fine. |

Rented one last year. Had to clear an acre of brush/scrubs at my Dads place. It was a beast and worked well. Nothing bigger than your wrist. Only issue I really had was it did not like reverse.
