Im starting to make MREs with my freeze dryer. Can any one suggest quality 7.5 mil mylar bag with a built in zipper for an MRE? Roughly 8x8 inches?

I'd recommend using 2 bags. One heavy mylar (which seems to puncture easily) and then put that bag inside of a thick plastic bag.

Mylar for the good seal, plastic for the strength.

Amazon. Don't hate me. I ordered several and stored rice recently. Heat seal with an iron.
