I have a 91 Chevy 1500 2x4 x cab, with 350 auto.
So far it’s a good pickup.

Reason for thinking about a change is well because and gas mileage.
I found a 01 Nissan frontier.  200k and $2500
I was also looking at a Toyota 4Runner, third generation..
Maybe late 90s early 2000s Jeep grand Cherokee .
Anyway what’s your thoughts?  Any of these good? Junk?
Thanks

Without knowing about the one you are looking at , I would love that Toyota. And there is so much you can do to customise them . Do you need a truck bed? That's what keeps me in a truck as opposed to a SUV . Training dogs and hunting I need a bed .

How many miles per year? Is this your daily driver?

Yep daily driver.  2k-3k

I really want a older Ford bronco, but those are gold anymore…

The problem with older daily drivers is the aging of plastics and rubbers.

As long as you're happy wrenching on them they can be a good deal. I'm definitely inclined to lean towards the Toyota product at that age.
