Since I have time now...  :)  Looking to build a 2-dog house that will have 6'x10' enclosed portion that I'd like to cool during the summer.  Not interested in window units.

How best to cool that ~60 sq ft is the ask here.  Full Texas sun, will have it insulated, solar power would be ideal but 120v power could be made available.

Ideas please.

Build a smaller Swamp cooler.. plenty of ideas on YouTube.

ETA:
Homemade Evap. Air Cooler - The "5 Gallon Bucket" Swamp Cooler! DIY - can be solar powered!

I’ve used one like this while hunting/ fishing & camping in the back of a truck, a cargo van, and a wall tent. Worked pretty good.

Small 120v mini split.

Swamp cooler might work if you're in a dry part of Texas, not so much here on the Gulf Coast

If It's a permanent structure is there any reason you couldn't rent a trencher and bury a nice long run of pipe with an input, output and inline booster fan to make a geothermal AC?  If the run is long enough you should be able to maintain 55-60 output and it only costs you electrically to run a fan.

It wouldn't work for a house, but it doesn't take much air to cool a doghouse.
